- 200 grams Ground Pork
- 2 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1 tsp Grated Ginger
- 150 grams Ramen Noodles cooked according to package instructions
- Chopped Scallions for garnish
For the Sauce:
- 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
- 1 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Chinese Black Vinegar or Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 2 tsp Chiu Chow Chili Oil
- ¼ cup Water
- 1 tsp Cornstarch
- Whisk together all ingredients for the sauce. Set aside.
