Discard any excess fat.

  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 White Onion thinly sliced
  • 1 Bell Pepper sliced into thin strips
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • ½ cup Shredded Swiss Cheese
  • 4 Egg Roll Wrappers
  • Vegetable Oil for frying
