- 1 tbsp Butter
- ¼ cup Chopped Scallions
- 2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp Water
- ½ tsp Grated Ginger
- 2 cups Cooked Soba Noodles
- 2 tsp Sesame Seeds
