Ingredients
  

  • 250 grams Egg Noodles cooked according to package instructions
  • 3 cups Shredded Cabbage
  • 1 medium Carrot thinly sliced
  • 1 medium Bell Pepper sliced
  • ½ cup Snow Peas
  • 1/3 cup Shiitake Mushrooms sliced
  • Green Onions chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil

Sauce:

  • 1 cup Chicken Stock
  • 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Stir together all ingredients for the sauce. Set aside.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a wok.
  • Add garlic and spring onions. Sautee until aromatic.
  • Add shiitake, snow peas, bell peppers, and carrots. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
  • Add egg noodles, cabbage, and sauce. Stir for 1-2 minutes.
