- 250 grams Egg Noodles cooked according to package instructions
- 3 cups Shredded Cabbage
- 1 medium Carrot thinly sliced
- 1 medium Bell Pepper sliced
- ½ cup Snow Peas
- 1/3 cup Shiitake Mushrooms sliced
- Green Onions chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
Sauce:
- 1 cup Chicken Stock
- 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp Sugar
Stir together all ingredients for the sauce. Set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a wok.
Add garlic and spring onions. Sautee until aromatic.
Add shiitake, snow peas, bell peppers, and carrots. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
Add egg noodles, cabbage, and sauce. Stir for 1-2 minutes.
