Ingredients
  

  • 3 tablespoons Butter
  • ½ cup Diced Ham
  • 1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
  • 1/3 cup Pineapple Tidbits
  • 1/3 cup Diced Bell Peppers
  • 2 large Eggs beaten
  • 3 cups Cooked jasmine Rice
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/3 cup Chopped Spring Onions

Instructions
 

  • Heat butter in a non-stick pan.
  • Add chopped ham and garlic. Sautee until aromatic.
  • Add bell peppers and pineapples. Sautee for 2 minutes.
  • Push contents of the pan to one side. Add in the eggs and stir until cooked.
  • Toss in the rice and soy sauce until evenly combined.
  • Finally, toss in the spring onions. Serve hot.
