- 3 tablespoons Butter
- ½ cup Diced Ham
- 1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
- 1/3 cup Pineapple Tidbits
- 1/3 cup Diced Bell Peppers
- 2 large Eggs beaten
- 3 cups Cooked jasmine Rice
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1/3 cup Chopped Spring Onions
Heat butter in a non-stick pan.
Add chopped ham and garlic. Sautee until aromatic.
Add bell peppers and pineapples. Sautee for 2 minutes.
Push contents of the pan to one side. Add in the eggs and stir until cooked.
Toss in the rice and soy sauce until evenly combined.
Finally, toss in the spring onions. Serve hot.
