  • C. Tomato paste
  • 4 C. Chicken broth
  • 2 C. Anelli Siciliani pasta
  • ½ tsp. Onion powder
  • ½ tsp. Garlic powder
  • 1 ½ Tbsp. Granulated sugar
  • ½ C. Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste


  • Add the chicken broth and tomato paste to a saucepan over medium high heat on the stove. Stir until completely combined.
  • Place the onion powder, garlic powder, salt to taste and sugar into the saucepan.
  • Bring the mixture to a low boil, and add in the noodles. Cook at a low boil until the noodles are fully cooked and the liquid has mostly absorbed.
  • Stir in the Parmesan cheese and serve.
