Ingredients
  

  • 4 tbsp Butter divided
  • 300 grams Diced Chicken Breast
  • ยฝ tsp Minced Ginger
  • 1/3 cup Sliced White Onions
  • 1 cup Chopped Zucchini
  • 1/2 cup sliced Shiitake Mushrooms
  • 3 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • ยฝ cup Frozen Mixed vegetables
  • 4 cups Cooked Rice
  • 2 Large Eggs

For the Dip:

  • 1/3 cup Japanese Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce

Instructions

  • Add chicken and sear until brown.
  • Add ginger and stir until aromatic.
  • Add onions, zucchini, and mushrooms. Stir for 2-3 minutes.
  • Stir in 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce.
  • Season as needed with salt and pepper.
