Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Spread the vegan cheese out in 8 circles on a parchment lined large baking sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes until the edges start to crisp.
While the cheese is baking, heat the chickpeas in a skillet over medium high heat in the olive oil.
Add salt and pepper to taste, and the garlic powder. Cook until softened a bit.
Mash a few of the chickpeas to create more texture to hold the filling together.
Mix in the wing sauce and toss to coat well.
Remove the cheese from the oven and let cool for a minute or two.
Place a row of filling down the center of each cheese circle, and carefully fold the cheese up and over the filling.
Let the rollups cool and crisp up a bit before serving.
