How to Make Zombie Gelatin Shots
Red Layer
In a medium sized bowl add the gelatin and cold water.
Whisk to combine.
Let sit for 5 minutes.
Boil 1 cup of water.
Add the water to the gelatin.
Mix until combined.
Next add the condensed milk, red food coloring, and chilled liquor.
Mix until combined.
Using the injector, fill the Gelatin mixture into the condiment cups 1⁄2 of the way full.
Chill for 1 hour.
Black and Green Layer
In a medium sized bowl add the gelatin and cold water.
Whisk to combine.
Let sit for 5 minutes.
Boil 1 cup of water.
Add the water to the gelatin.
Mix until combined.
Next add the condensed milk, and chilled liquor.
Mix until combined.
Separate the mixture into 2 bowls.
Add black food coloring to one bowl, mix to combine.
Add green food coloring to one bowl, mix to combine.
Using the injector, fill the black Gelatin mixture into the condiment cups 1⁄4 full.
Chill for 1 hour.
Set the green to the side, keep at room temperature.
Remove the Gelatin cups and fill with the green layer until full.
Chill for 1 hour.
Garnish with the boba, and maraschino cherry, and serve.

- 2 drops of Green Food Coloring
- 1 ⁄4 cup Tequila chilled
- Garnish
- Red Boba for garnish
